I can't use my registration key to unlock the software. - Please make sure that you have Administrative rights to use the computer. - If you have difficulties entering the registration key by copy and paste, you may try to type it in manually in the registration key box of CardRecovery. - Our Windows version (CardRecovery) and Mac version (CardRescue) use different registration keys. In case you need to use Mac version (CardRescue) but purchased Windows version (CardRecovery), please let us know and we will offer you a different registration key for CardRescue.
