I recovered my video files, but they cannot play.
The video files may have been overwritten before recovery or were fragmented and crosslinked on the memory card thereby breaking the file structure. It may be necessary to search for a video repair tool on the Internet to re-construct them.

In some cases, if the recovered files have a .mov file extension but your camera uses a different video file extension, you may simply try to rename the extension of the recovered .mov to the original format extension of your camera (e.g. .mp4), and that will make the video files open. Regarding how to change the file extension name in Windows, please check some tutorials online.
