The cost ($39.95) is per copy of the software. It is not per picture, or per memory card. After purchase, you may use the software permanently to recover unlimited number of memory cards, picture and video files. |

| I placed the order, but I didn't receive the registration key. |
To ensure that the registration key will be delivered promptly, the whole order process is automatic. The registration key email should be delivered immediately after your order by the system. If you cannot receive it within 5 minutes, probably it went into your spam/held/junk folder. Please be sure to check those mail folders. If no success, you may request an automatic resend of your registration key in support area, or contact our support team. If it is possible, please also provide us an alternative email address in case your email cannot receive messages from us. |
