Thank you for being so patient - and prompt - in answering my questions. I bought a copy of your software and it worked like a hot damn! The software found photos that didn't download to my computer two months ago and I'd forgotten that I'd taken them. What a lovely surprise to find them again. The instructions for downloading and using the software were so simple that even I could follow them (Microsoft could learn from you) and the software was straightforward. Gratefully,
