I spent an entire day shooting photos for a work assignment, and then inadvertently erased them all on the camera.I thought I was sunk, particularly because I'm not the most tech savvy when it comes to computer-related problems.
The camera store where I bought my Nikon Coolpix said it would charge me $39.95 to run its retrieval program on the memory card, with a 50-50 chance it could find the photos. For the same amount, I easily downloaded yours and did it myself!
And it retrieved ALL of my lost pics - plus about 1000 more "deleted" photos from previous assignments.
And now I own the program...in case I pull a bone-headed move like THAT again!

I JUST GOT BACK FROM A FAMILY VACATION TO VISIT FAMILY AND WE TOOK OUR KIDS TO THE ZOO FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME AND I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED BUT MY PICS WAS DELETED. Thanks for the prompt response.
I have updated to v3.60 for the moment however I am going to upgrade in the next few weeks to v 5.30.
We used the previous version to rescue more 250 of 266 photos taken in Turkey in 2006. I thought we had lost all the photos because I did not format the SD card before using it the first time! Card recovery is on the laptop we took on holiday to preview and backup the photos each day. I haven't needed to use it since 2006, however it is great to know it is there if it's required.

I just want you to know that this software saved my butt today. After running the Sandisk recovery software it looked pretty bleak. The message I received after running that software basically told me that the files are not recoverable. I tried your software and saw that it recovered 1500 files when my card only showed 1300. Unfortunately the files were too large to see thumbnails but I took a chance and bought it anyway. I was able to recover the 150+ files and 40 minute block of time that was missing from my card. I still don't know why they were missing but THANK YOU so much for this awesome software! I will recommend it to anyone in a pinch that needs to recover something.

Thank You! I had taken over a hundred photos and when I went to download them from my memory card they were nowhere to be found. I was heartsick and stayed up all night worrying about them before I went to Google and found your product. I was skeptical but the free trial found all the photos. It was super easy to apply the payment, enter the registration code and rescue my images from there. I hope to never have to use this product again but I am thankful that it exists and works so well.

Just returned from a cruise with 2 Gig of pictures. Tried to download with Photoshop CS. Files not found. Put XD card back into camera. Card not initialised. Card reader connected to Win7 - card needs to be formatted.
PAAANIKKKK. Google search - found this program - downloaded trail version ---all pictures recovered !!!SIGH
