My nearly new CF failed after the third time of use. The manufacturer's recovery software found 659 files and correctly identified their type but they were unusable. You CardRecovery software recovered 659 fully usable photos. Well done for an excellent product.

Thanks! I had a CF card with 321 high school football photos on it go bad. The entire first half. I found your software and it was able to recover 278 of the 321 photos from the bad flash card. I am very happy.

SAVED EVERY FILE!!!
Took a drive today up in the high desert mountains. To my pleasure and surprise, there were wild horses everywhere! I was so happy to have my camera, and was shooting away. The horses were within arms length at times, so I got some really great shots! (according the the view on my Canon Digital 20D). But towards the end of the day, I started getting a CF card failure message. I assumed I had a low battery, and was disappointed. However, I knew I'd gotten quite a few. On the way home, I wanted to review my shots. I was horrified that the entire card had become corrupted! When I got home and inserted it into my card reader, it wouldn't even load. After many tries, it finally opened in a window. The DCIM folder said EMPTY!!! So, I took the card and put it into my Canon 5D to see if maybe that camera could read it. No luck. And because this card also had many important photos on it, I was sick that I'd lose it all. Then by a miracle, I found your software program. I downloaded the trial, and it has saved 664 files in total. I still can't believe my luck in finding you! I will be recommending you to all who will listen, and may I recommend you add a page on Facebook, along with a LIKE button here on your site, so that everyone can share your incredible tool with everyone on there? If you have a mailing list to inform people of new products, please add me to it!

I don't usually bother with testimonials but I have to say that CardRecovery not only recovered most of my pictures from 2 CF cards that I thought were corrupted, but it was the only program out of the 4 that I tried (in demo mode) that even recognized that there was something on the cards. The others just fobbed me off by saying there was nothing viable, or they couldn't read the card. The only issue with CardRecovery was that it doesn't see low level USB ports wich meant that I couldn't just plug my camera directly into the computer, so I put the card in an external (NexStar) card reader and once Windows mapped it as a "lettered drive" CardRecovery was able to see it. Even Windows couldn't read the drive mapping, saying it was corrupted, but CardRecovery didn't care. And once it copied the files it displayed thumbnails of them (in demo mode) so I was fairly confident that they were okay before I paid my money. P.S. As far as I can tell, a couple of pictures were corrupted, but CardRecovery recovered them anyways.
