I just wanted to say thank you for this product. It saved me from a melt down. Recently my soon to be husband and I went to a concert for our anniversary and had taken pictures and video. This was a very important concert for me and one I will not be able to go to again. Two days later, thinking I had copied the files to my computer, I deleted some of the files to make room for more pictures. Upon realizing my error the following day, I went into panic mode. Like I said, this concert was extremely important to me and the only souvenir I took with me was on the camera and at that point deleted. After thinking for a minute, I looked online for anything that would recover deleted files from my SD card. I downloaded this product, ran the trial version and when I saw there were more files than were "on" the camera, I instantly ordered the full version so I could recover those missing files. I now have my missing files, granted they are in pieces, but I'll take it. I can piece back the videos now that I have them. I could never have forgiven myself for losing those pictures and video. Thank you for saving my files and my sanity.

It totally works! I went to a pc shop and they said it would cost over $200 to recover photos from an (accidentally) formatted SD card...if they could do it. I did it my self with this program; saved a bunch of $; and got my pics and videos back!
